This is a really cool design, the finger grip was surprising comfortable in my hand, and the seal makes it easier to pump with than a more expensive unit I had used last year.
I like the measurements on the tube, even though I found it to not be exact as measured from from my body, it gave me an easy way to gauge the length I was at when pumping, and made it easy to record and track my results.
Not a big fan of the oversized thing that you have to put in your hand, and the finger grip is not my favorite, but I absolutely love the cylinder and sleeve with this unit.
